Return And Refund Policy
RETURNS OR CANCELLATIONS
Our policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
There wont be any refund incase the customer cancels/returns the order once received and the product/s is/are damaged at the customer end. Cancellation of any order has to be done within 30 mins, from the time of placing the order with valid reasons.
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or original method of payment, within 3-4 working business days. Refund is initiated post return of the product at our warehouse
Any used promotional voucher (Gift Voucher & Discounted or any other offer voucher) will not be refunded. Only after receiving the product and quality check, the refund will be initiated.
